Buckthorn is one of my favorite invasive species to hate. I live in Prairie Crossing where we constantly battle this incredibly persistent and sneaky plant as we restore and preserve native prairie. Nearby Liberty Prairie Conservancy has rescued numerous oak savanas and other wooded areas where native wildflowers are now flourishing. Thank you for this video. Education is one of the most important factors in furthering the fight to preserve native open land. Hard work is the other one. May this bring us many more volunteers wherever the battle lines form.
